Delivery

Our aim at Specsfactor is to get you your complete glasses dispatched within 2 working days of you ordering them. To do this we need you to get your order in to us before 4pm (Monday-Friday) so we have time to order your lenses or frame if they are not in stock.

We ship your glasses using Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class (Apart from international post where this service is unavailable). We've found this service to be the most reliable and secure while offering a good speed of delivery.

If you order before 4pm Monday to Friday, you should receive your complete glasses within 2 working days on around 90% of all orders. (Varifocals and some other lens options and more complex prescriptions may take up to 14 days.)

Any weekend orders will be classed as a Monday order.

If in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within the stated times (up to 14 days) please do not worry it is more than likely just been delayed slightly in the mailing system. In line with Royal Mail guidelines we will not consider a package lost until 2 weeks have passed because the vast majority of packages will be delivered or returned to us as 'undeliverable' within this time or you may not have been available to sign for the package.

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with a full 100% exchange or return guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we are happy to process an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt of your order for all orders within the UK (within 21 days for international orders).

How do I return my glasses?

Contact us and let us know your concerns (Please note your order number, name and address)

If you are returning any purchase for a replacement or refund, please fill in a printable returns form.

You can of course phone us (01952 261206) if you would like to talk to us about an exchange or replacement.

You will need to post your item to us securely with all the original packaging and the completed returns form using a recorded delivery service (as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post) to the following address:
